The Mighty 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8

The 2012 300 SRT8 is Chrysler’s latest offering from its SRT performance arm. The large luxury sedan sedan produces a healthy 470 hp (351 kW) and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) from its 6.4-litre HEMI V8 channelled through a 5-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels. Performace is said to be quick – 0-100 km/h in about 5 seconds and a quarter mile time of less than 13 seconds.
The 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 will be built in Brampton, Ontario, Canada and is expected in U.S. Chrysler showrooms in the third quarter of 2011.
